AGIORITIKO ABATON
Agioritikos Regional Wine (Mt Athos). ABATON in Greek means untrodden. The term has been linked with the untrodden chamber of the church the altar. The most well-known ABATON in Greece is holy Mount Athos. The vineyards at Mount Athos are 100% organic, tended only with organic compost material and natural resources.
AGIORITIKO ABATON is a cuvèe of Limnio and Cabernet Sauvignon. Limnio is an ancient Greek grape variety mentioned by Homer in his Iliad. The philosopher Aristoteles planted Limnio in the 3rd c.B.C. in Europe’s first organized vineyard. Cabernet Sauvignon has been cultivated on Mount Athos for over 30 years.
AGIORITIKO ABATON matures for 8 months in new barriques. With ruby red colour, its aromas are a harmony of red berries, spices and vanilla. A rich robust wine, it is characterized by soft tannins and a long, melting finish.
Enjoy it at 18˚C with dark meats in aromatic sauces, richly spiced festive roasts, or ripe piquant cheeses.
METOCHI TSANTALI
Agioritikos Regional Wine produced from Limnio & Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties (the vines are 25 years old - "vielles vignes"-) cultivated in the vineyard of Metoxi of St. Panteleimon Monastery in Agion Oros. A wine of deep red colour, impressive complex bouquet emerging spicy aromas, cacao and vanilla and generous rich taste. A "grand vin" exquisite with pepper steak, roasted lamb ribs, duck in caramelised sauce, game and full flavoured cheeses.
RAPSANI EPILEGMENOS (RESERVE) TSANTALI
Rapsani Appellation of Origin of High Quality. A red wine produced from the co-vinification of the three indigenous grape varieties Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto of selected vineyards. Rapsani Reserve is aged for one year in French oak casks and then for at least two years in bottles before its releasing in the market. A wine of a ruby colour, an impressive bouquet dominated by the aromas of fig, vanilla, spices and blackcurrant and a well-structured full bodied generous taste. A fine accompaniment to game and other dark red meats with rich and spicy sauces. Excellent with full - flavoured cheeses as well.
DITTOS TSANTALI
Regional wine of Macedonia from Xinomavro and Merlot grape varieties. A wine of a beautiful red colour with violet tints. Intense nose emerging the aroma of small red fruits. Soft, well balanced taste with touches of vanilla. Excellent with grilled meats and yellow cheeses.
CAVA TSANTALI
Makedonikos Regional Wine produced from Xinomavro and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. A wine of a ruby colour. Its rich bouquet unfolds with figs and prunes and a whiff of vanilla and pepper. Excellent with roast beef, pork sausages and spicy cheeses.
MOSCHOMAVRO TSANTALI
Makedonikos Regional Wine from the indigenous grape variety Moschomavro. Bright, lively red colour and intense nose dominated by the aromas of small red fruits. Pleasant, well balanced fresh taste. Enjoy it as a refreshing summer sipping wine or pair it with light lunches such as ham and other cold cuts as well as with sweet and sour flavours and fruits
AGIORGITIKO TSANTALI
Nemea Appellation of Origin of High Quality . A wine of purple-red colour produced from the indigenous grape variety Agiorgitiko. Its bouquet is a combination between the aromas of red fruits with the aromas of smoke and cloves. In mouth it is characterised by the familiar soft, velvety taste that Agiorgitiko gives to its wines. Excellent with steak and red meats cooked with sweet sauces.
MERLOT TSANTALI
Halkidiki Regional Wine produced from Merlot grape variety. Deep purple colour and an interesting bouquet dominated by the aromas of small red fruits in a spicy background. Velvety, well balanced taste. An excellent combination with beef ragout, stuffed turkey, meats with sweet flavours and aged yellow cheeses.
SYRAH TSANTALI
Ismarikos Regional Wine produced from Syrah grape variety cultivated in the vineyard of Maronia (Thrace). A dark red wine, with intensive bouquet emerging plum, cassis and
spicies, velvety in texture and finishing with a hint of oak. Excellent with game with spicy sauces and full - flavoured cheeses.
RAPSANI TSANTALI
Rapsani Appellation of Origin of High Quality. The co-vinification of the three indigenous grape varieties Xinomavro, Krassato & Stavroto results in a dry red wine of ruby colour, and a bouquet dominated by the aromas of dried fruits and spicies that reveal its ageing. Well balanced taste. A fine wine to complement red meats, traditional pies of the Rapsani region and cheeses.
NAOUSSA TSANTALI
Naoussa Appellation of Origin of High Quality . A wine of deep red colour produced from the indigenous noble grape variety Xinomavro. Its bouquet is characterized by the typical varietal aroma with oak shadings. Well structured, rich taste. Excellent with grilled meats, dishes cooked with tomato and cheeses especially the regional one called Batzos.

A Table Wine produced from Xinomavro and Moschomavro grape varieties. Bright red colour, pleasant fruity aroma and a soft taste. Excellent with colt cuts, cheeses and casual dining.
CaraMELO 10 Red
Caramelo is a Table Wine from selected grape varieties that are harvested early and give a surprise wine with only 10% Alcohol. Its colour is deep red. It has intense aromas of red fruits and a velvet soft taste with pleasant aftertaste.
